Position Summary
ENOSERV, LLC seeks Support Engineer. This person is responsible for writing and maintaining software for protective relays. Responsible for writing test procedures and performing work involving a high degree of complexity, including troubleshooting customer problems and making modifications to an ENOSERV proprietary software system.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Requires a minimum two-year Associate's Degree in Electronic Technology or the equivalent training, Extensive knowledge of power systems and design. Initially, it is helpful but not necessary to be able to program in either C, C++ or Basic.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Requires a working knowledge of power systems and industry terms. Must be able to communicate well both in writing and verbally. Must have good people skills and demonstrate patience with troubleshooting over the phone. Ability to travel possibly 25%.
