I am a meter & relay technician. I’ve worked for WAPA for 4 years.

What other applications are part of your workflow, and how does RTS work with these applications?
SEL 5010.

How did you learn RTS and would you recommend your method to new users?
I learned from co-workers and from an ENOSERV training class. Also, trial and error. I continue to learn about the software all the time.

Have you tried other relay testing applications? How does RTS compare?
When I worked for the Bureau of Reclamations, we used PulseMaster and then AUTs. RTS is like day compared to night.

How has your personal style and workflow changed since learning ENOSERV software?
I think the more I use the software the more I learn how it makes things operate more smoothly.
